Just noticed these new wheels, which happen to be 1 pound lighter than the O.Z. Ultraleggera, and come in a wide variety of colors.
I'm having a tough time deciding between orange and blue.

IMO, I would choose between white, black, or gold. I guess you're paying a bit more than the Ultraleggeras for the additional weight loss; not too shabby. My SSR Comp-Hs (now discontinued) I believe cost more than this at the time yet weigh about the same.

If your going to be using them just at the track, definitally get the orange. If they will be DD as well, get the gold.

I saw tirerack's post on evolutionm.net. They have a 18x8.5 +30 19lbs, but I dont think they will fit the RX8.
I'm not even sure what the offset is on these 18x8. The Ultraleggera is 18x8 +48 so i'd assume the Alleggerita would be the same.
Interestingly, the 18x8 fitment for 350zs' weigh 0.7lbs more then they do for the RX8's 18x8... No offsets are listed for either wheel.

They definitely have sizes bigger than 18x8 but tirerack does not provide the specs. For instance they have 18x10 and 18x11 if you have a porsche 911 but tirerack only lists what they think you should buy for your car. I went to the OZ site but did not find any specs.

the ultraleggera looks so much better, but i'll probably get these just cause they're lighter. gold screams sti, i like black.
