its not very difficult. Im not good with painting but all you need is the spray that helps paint cling to plastic... im not sure what its called. then i went with a semi gloss black and it came out very nice. both these items are found at your local Automotive store. I just did it one warm afternoon in my garage just lay down some newspaper and spray them down with a few coats.... well i dont know how helpful this is but good luck to you!!!
