I didn't realize that. How would you know in the '09? I'm interested to know this too. I guess one way to know is wait for a CEL and then try it. When I ran catless (and before my AccessPort) I would do the 20x brake dance to clear the CEL. FarSide792 02-20-2009, 08:32 PM y-e-a.....i wanna do it, 2700 miles on my car now, but i would love to know what exactly happens when this is successful to alert you to the fact lol zoom44 02-20-2009, 10:50 PM do it and see if something sweeps FarSide792 03-20-2009, 04:11 PM I haven't done it yet...anyone w/ some additional advice? RK 03-20-2009, 04:28 PM I haven't done it yet...anyone w/ some additional advice? Don't all 09's have DSC and if you have to do the DSC reset then you know you've done it? Or do you have to do the reset anytime the battery is disconnected? michaelsk8er 03-20-2009, 04:57 PM DSC reset happens anytime the battery is disconnected. Jon316G 03-20-2009, 05:10 PM The reset procedure is explained in great detail here (including the '09 models): http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=169443 |
