Here is a tentative Schedule for the event.

April 17th, 2009 - Friday

12-3PM See you on the Dragon/US129
3-6PM Meet the fellow rotary enthusiast @ the Top of the Fontana Dam. We'll do some group photos for magazine coverage and such.

April 18th, 2009 - Saturday

9AM - 1PM Show and Shine.... and Lunch at the Nantahala Village.
1PM - 7PM Free time for you to run the Dragon/US 129, Skyway, or other great roads surrounding this area... Or if you like, you can go white water rafting or go for a hike.
7PM - 10PM Dinner and Banquet at Natahala Village.
10PM - til House parties at various rotorhead's places...

April 19th, 2009 - Sunday

12PM - Check out
12PM - 5PM Lunch and Skyway Rally.
5PM - on Go home!

Is this schedule still tentative or is it for sure? Im driving from 12 hours away and took off of work for it :lol:

Yes, Dates are concrete. Far as daily plans are still somewhat up in the air. I also ran into bit of an issue and I'm trying to fix that today or tomorrow. Its bit harder to do as I'm 200+ miles away from the location. I'll update you all via email or thru the site.
