lame answer: look in your owner's manual

More specifically (at least in my '05 manual), first check the fuse panel in the driver's side knee well.

Fuse No. 1 CIGAR 15A Lighter

If that one is ok, then check the fuse panel under the hood, near the air cleaner. You have to first pop off the black plastic cover.

Fuse No. 8 ACC 30A Lighter, Power control mirror, Accessory socket, Audio system

There are generally a couple spare fuses in the box(s). Make sure to replace with like amperage, in this case 15A interior or 30A under the hood.

Note that a fuse typically opens for a reason. Just replacing the fuse may not solve the root cause of the problem. Inspect/vacuum out the lighter socket for any foreign matter (i.e. electrically conducting) prior to replacing the fuse. Or, did you plug in something with a larger than specified electrical load? C'mon, you can tell us; we're all friends here.
