To my friends out that that enjoy a good/healthy argument. It is a very interesting article on how to argue and how to evaluate arguments. I admit is a difficult read, but perhaps someone may find it useful.
As the Monty Python bit goes, if she is lighter than a duck, she must float, and therefore is made of wood (or is it very small stones?) so we must burn her! That's the kind of logic I see popping up around here occassionally.

I think all right thinking people in this country are sick and tired of being told that ordinary, decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired.

To follow the Monty Python theme, sometimes you enter a thread expecting a good arguement, but you enter the wrong room and get abuse.
He enters room 12.

That is a good article, but I feel arguing must come naturally. If one has to stop and think about it then you might as well give up.
