how many rx-8s have burned

since my car had so many shorts and didnt catch fire Im wondering how many owners have had the same or worse problems with this car

only had one short and the was the cigarette lighter cause i accidentially touched the power wire to ground...other than that no electrical issues

if you are having so many shorts...then there is an underlying problem....this is not a common occurrence for this car.

someone shorted the battery either when changing the batt. or when charging it.
