Had another F/S thread some time ago, but have some new items and cleaned it up a bit.
I did delete the other one.

3 used TPMS.............$25.00 each plus shipping. Why not 4???, well one has bad threads on it, and I can't sell that one in good faith. Also, please note that these do NOT contain the schrader valves which are dirt cheap at most parts stores or online.

OEM spoiler(Ti-Gray.......excellent condition!).............$180.00
Please don't ask for pics of this, I forgot to take them and it's all wrapped up(super good) for shipment. I will stand by it's condition and I wrapped it so freakin good! If I must I will unwrap it to make a sale, but don't really want to do so. Can return if not satisfied.

OEM Front & Rear Coils Springs(few nicks on them, nothing too bad) ..............$35.00

OEM Shifter..........no knob or boot(previously sold them, so it's just the shifter).............$50.00

If going back to stock, I have a stock pulley set as well..............$50.00????????

Nordskog Digital Street Series Oil temp gauge with sender(See below) it's 52mm...............$70.00 ????????

Used Mazsport Ignition System.
System is complete right now, but will consider parting out.
Been on the car 19k miles, so it is used but have never had an issue with it.
What's included? Well, it's the full deal. 4 coils, four wires(blue), full harness including fuse link, mounting bracket, igniter box..............First $100.00 takes it all! :naughty:
If you have one of these installed, you may want this as a back-up???? Pics available upon request. (SOLD)

Exhaust Shrouds(excellent condition!).............$25.00 each...........and this includes shipping if in contiguous 48, so both for $50.00.
No cracks, not melted, very slight fading, no tabs are busted. The car is garage kept since day one and these are probably 95% better than any you will find out there. (Drivers side = SOLD, passenger side = SOLD)

Single Vent Gauge POD(no gauge!). See pics below as it does have a slot cut in it. Once gauge is in the pod, you can't see the slot. The below Oil Temp Gauge fits nicely! POD holds a 52mm gauge (SOLD)

A set of RX8Strakes strakes, these are plastic and have had the paint stripped off and sanded smooth. I was going to try something new, but have abandon the project. Comes with all mounting hardware, screws, small screwdriver, and placement template............they go for $80.00 painted so I'll say.......$30.00(OBO) Someone might have a use and want to paint a strange color? (SOLD)

RR's "One Touch Close Sunroof Module".......never used! .............$40.00
See this thread.......... http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=141615 (SOLD)

OEM Coil Bracket .............. (SOLD)

OEM coils(4 with about 13k on them, no issues) ........$50.00 (SOLD)

Front License plate holder.............$15.00(OBO) (GIVEN AWAY)

OEM plug wires (~5k miles) .......$25.00(OBO) (SOLD)

Ultra Racing Beat plug wires (8k miles) .......$45.00 (SOLD)
See http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda4.htm for details

OEM Front endlinks.............$30.00 (SOLD)

Spare Tire (bar/hardware included and does have tire cover) ..........$80.00 (SOLD)

Brand new Scanguage II still in sealed box...........see http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.ph...36#post2336536 for more details. Go to www.scanguage.com to see it and read up on it. This price is $150.00(including paypal fee) and shipping. It is also a firm price. (SOLD)

OEM Parking Brake assembly..............$50.00(or make offer) (see pic) (SOLD)

Greddy Black Powdercoated oil catch can..............$70.00
Bought from a fellow member, never installed by me, went another route.(see pics) (SOLD)

I have an extra oil dip stick, guess I thought it was some special new one when I bought it, but it's the same old one......never used..............$8.00???????? (Shipped to Texas completely free of charge as I recall)

OEM front strut bar............$30.00 (see pic) (SOLD)

Prices above are WITHOUT shipping and you pay the shipping + small paypal fee(3%)......I'll eat the thirty friggin additional cents!
I'll also figure out the shipping if need be, but you can as well. Shipping from 32903 and will ship cheapest way possible unless you need anything quick.

I'll add more later as I go see what else I have laying around.

I'll try to add some pics as well, but let me know if you want a pic of something not shown.

I'll have to look.
It was never on my car, not required here.
I found it in the trunk back in 05 and immediately moved it over to the "I don't need this shit" pile in the garage. :)

Great, would appreciate it. Pics would be cool too if you have time. Required here, wasn't required where I purchased it, so I don't have one.

Well......I went and looked in the plastic bag that it's in. Inside that bag there is another sealed bag that contains two(anodized looking bolts) about 1-1/2 inch long, and one black sheet metal screw of about the same length. Maybe someone else can chime in and see if that's all that's required, because I'm surprised there isn't four altogether instead of three? :dunno:
I try and get a pic here at some point soon. I'm pretty sure it's a front plate holder, but I better check that too........since it's been so long. :uhh:

ShellDude

would like more info on:

Nordskog Street Series Digital Oil Temp gauge. Blue with Silver bezel(M9008-BS).......not much off, I'll sell for $75.00
This sale also includes the S8013 temp sending unit.
Both were never used and in original box. See pic below even though that pic shows PSI, this is a temp gauge.
I paid about $90.00 total(for both) plus shipping.

Does the sending unit include everything? Is it one of those that fits in with the oil filter? I'm interested if this is a complete "oil temp" setup.

Jedi54
01-18-2009, 12:43 PM
^^ Shell, I'll answer for Mazurfer since I have the same gauge (just different color)
You'll need an oil filfer adapter (RB unit, etc) then you can plug in the sending unit and run the gauge. you'll be all set

ShellDude

Mazurfer
01-18-2009, 04:21 PM
The Master is right again. I do have the RB adapter, but not for sale at this time. It's never been used either. I might still go ahead and use it which means I would pull the ad for the gauge...........haven't decided yet, but if I can't move it, I might as well use it.

Mazurfer

does the Greddy oil catch can come with mountings or hoses?

Hose(s) "yes", clamps "yes", mounting......If you look at the first pic, you will see holes for mounting on what I will call the handle. I wasn't given any mounting hardware from the member I bought from, but wasn't a requirement. Just have to find two appropriate bolts or screws.........whatever you decide and that depends on where you mount it.

Mazurfer
02-23-2009, 08:19 PM
Yes, I have it and to be honest..........it's in near perfect condition. It wasn't in my car that long before I changed it out.
You'd have to work very, very hard to even find one little issue with it. I know of none what-so-ever.

Ok great - another question: this is more of a DIY topic but I couldn't find anything on it so I'll ask the guy who took his out:

How tough is it to remove? that front lip part of mine which covers the innards when the ebrake is pulled up broke off - and, as it's all one piece, I need to replace the thing, but I haven't had it apart yet (it's like 18 degress outside right now) to see how tricky it is to remove and/or what you need to know about taking it out (as the ebrake is a significant and I wouldn't want to mess something up)

Mazurfer
02-24-2009, 07:45 PM
Well.......the easiest way is really to take the passenger seat out. I know, I know, but that really is the easiest way. I didn't want to do it and the instructions that came with my new one were in Japanese! Luckily they draw diagrams ALMOST the same, and I was able to figure it out. I actually think there is a some info on this site somewhere about this and I see if I can dig it up for you. The reality is that it really wasn't as bad as I envisioned. If you are mechanical at all, it will be no issue. Pop out the seat, remove some of the center console. I think I removed it all(center console) as I was doing some other wiring for something else in the back seat area and need it out anyway. Then unbolt it and bolt the new one in. I still have the instructions, so I will go look tomorrow and see how much of the center console must come out, because I'm not sure anymore.

Now.............if you are thinking of just trying to replace that long piece in the front, I got news for you. What I've heard is that whole thing is one piece and you have to cut the entire thing all the way up towards the release button and pry it all off, then get the new one on there. I wasn't going to do that cause I thought it would probably end up looking like shit, so I opted to buy one that I liked out of Japan and replaced the whole damn thing. But it wasn't cheap.

pm'd you on the ebrake

Mazurfer
02-24-2009, 08:31 PM
Will respond to PM.
Should let you know that I was reminded by reading a thread that Laythor told me once that the current rubber will come off with possible heating and not have to cut it......but, you will have to buy the whole rubber piece from top to bottom. That thread stated that autoexe.com had on that would then slip on over it or something.

Then I ran across this little diddy in my searches:

1.remove the seat (very easy, if you can remove a bolt you can do this.)

2.remove the center console (this is not that hard, perhaps a bit more involved but very doable. When I installed my MP3 player, I was very nervous about having to snap out the front part of the center console, but after having done it, it was actually very straight forward in retrospect. This one will take a bit longer since you're actually removing the entire center console cover, not just he front part. Keep things orderly and there should be no problem. And remember to put plastic tape over the screwdriver when snapping out the console cover, so as to not scratch it. Be diligent--if you're overly cautious you'll never get it off since the cover snaps on quite firmly).

3. remove and replace the handbrake. Again very easy since it is only a few bolts to remove and reattach the new handle..

Then go backwards and put everything back and you're done.

Yes, at least for now. I either have to put that in and use it, or get rid of it. I've just become lazy after moving into the new house and haven't gotten around to it. I really should use the damn thing and hook it up to my PLX gauge since I have that capability and my present system is expandable and.............I have all that I need! http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=163434

What exactly does a catch can do? Never really understood it 100%

Mazurfer
06-06-2010, 11:51 AM
1.) If the engine oil is overfilled, the oil can travel from the filler neck through that hose and into the intake where it will eventually gum things up and lead to other issues. It can also get into the airbox and/or whatever your air filter arrangement is and foul all that up......including the MAF(sometimes).

2.) Even if not overfilled, this still prevents grimy(sp?) oil vapors for the most part being fed back into the intake.

Alright guys,

Drifthappens has first dibs........that's only fair.

I will post pics tonight once I get home from work and finish my workout.

I will also go a little better in depth of what exactly you would be buying. I still think it might be better suited to somebody that already has this kit installed and use this for a back-up, but I will let you decide.

It does work perfectly, but I don't want anyone to have any surprises later on.

I need to verify exactly what coils it used(I think Bosch), but I am working to confirm that as I just don't recall.

I do have the full set of the instructions for the install as well.

Mazurfer
08-16-2011, 08:15 PM
Okay guys, camera battery is charging and then the pics of the Mazsport igntion system will be up.

While I'm here, I will attach the install instructions so you can make an informed decision about the buy.
Also, as I just told somebody in a PM, I will not sell these to you if you are boosted. Sorry, but I've seen a few people have issues relating to the dwell timing in boosted applications. NA is just fine.

Now, let's go see if I can link those instructions while then damn battery charges.

FYI.............the pictures were no better on paper than what you see in the pdf file, but you'll figure it out, just takes some staring at them. :mdrmed:

Oh, and as I just stated in another PM, the total price will be $105 to cover the paypal fee, plus shipping.............but I will get it to you the cheapest way possible.

Well, let's talk about this a little bit first.
You are going to have to have some where to put this sensor, have you thought about that?
There are other ways to do this, but I am running with the sandwich adapter plate from Racing Beat................. http://www.racingbeat.com/RX8/Oil-System/11803.html
How do you plan to use it? I don't want to sell you something if you are not clear about what you will need, or how you are going to use it.

Also, how do you plan to mount the gauge(or where).....and you realize it's only the one on the right in that first photo right? I just want to be sure. It's 52mm and would slip into any 52mm pod or gauge holder. It does come with a funky detachable bracket and if you look at the pic real hard, you can see I was using it that way for awhile. Perhaps I should take a pic of the back of it for you......I'll try and do that in the next day or two.
