Happy New Year and the start of a new season!

Several of your addicted track-ho friends will be making the trek to CMP early next month! Heck it's been OVER 3 weeks since we were out, so planning must start for the next event.

Currently signed up are

- L8Apex
- OnRails
- KurtBob
- Peppy (we found him driving around in an 8 with super wide tires and said "hey, wanna try some track?") One hit of that fine Road Atlanta buzz and I think we have him hooked!

I know it is early in the season and we don't expect a huge turnout, but sing out if you are coming.
We have rented a day garage for the weekend. No, the cars won't fit in there. It is to stow all our gear in a dry, non-sandy place. It comes equipped with power (yay - electric blanket plug in!), and I requested a spot next to the wall (windbreak). It will be mainly used as our hangout spot.

I may be in for this one. I have a set of R comps for the Evo and for the Mustang. Guess it is time to break them both in, again.

 

Yup, R-comps are no fun if you don't strap em on and use em!

I plan to be there. I think I signed up last night ... but the website was acting up. I'll be bringing a new vehicle to the track - a non-Mazda (yep that's right).

We should have camp set up in Bay #1 of the covered area. Driving a non-mazda or whatever, you are still part of the team. Glad you're coming!

 

Just wanted to pass along, ROAR will be there with a newly modified track car. Come by the truck and visit.

 

yep, yep, I will be there. Going to be on new rubbers, and going to try to find ways to beat the cold, but good track, at a fair price, with a small showing was too good to pass up. And the 8 loves this cold weather too, so it should be fun.
