I see some cheap car covers in ebay, i was wondering if any of you guys have bought from car cover from ebay. they go for about $40 , they are probalby generic.

it you really want a cover get the right one

I just saw today in Car and Driver magazine for some real nice (apparently) covers. Custom fit, embroidered, not that plastic junk. I'll be darned if I can't remember the name of the companies, though. They are near the back of the mag. I think they were mostly under $100.

The two big ones are cover craft and cover king.. I just ordered thed Covercraft weathershield.. I had a Noah on the old car and it was top notch..

I bought mine from AutoAnything. com. They have a good selection.

the one listed on ebay at 37.99 is generic - I already asked the seller. Not sure about quality. I did buy a motorcycle cover on Ebay that was inexpensive. It fell apart in about 6 months.

Sorry, it's been a while since I got it. When you select a vehicle in the front page, "RX-8" is not there. But if you select "RX-7", it will take you to a large list of accessories. Select "car covers", and you will find that "RX-8" is there.

I actually bought the one off ebay. I do not recommend, you could buy the same in Pep Boys for $20. It does the job, and is less likely to be stolen in comparision to the high quality RX8 cover by mazda.
