I didn't use my car for like 3 days and i have it parked on parking lot in my apartment complex. I get in today, and what do I see... I see a dent on my driver side door and the paint is scraped off :(

I think there are new tenants in my apartment complex and they must have parked too close to me and slammed their door to me.

I need to investigate. I just sucks when others don't car about their car so they slam their doors unto yours. No respect! I try to park so that others have plenty of space... and this still happens.. sigh!

I smashed my hand up preventing one of the doors on my Ranger smashing in into Z on a windy day. The lack of respect out there sucks but its predictable. Sorry to here about your 8, whoever did that should be paper cut to death

I feel your pain because I am paranoid about stuff like this. The college I go to have the smallest parking stalls known to man kind. Even if you park perfectly into the stall, your tires are still close to going out of bounds. I swear the person painting the lines assumed that everyone drove Mini Coopers. My remedy for dents and scratchs is to park as far as possible (less chance that someone would park next to you)

ya, people suck
sorry to hear about the dent man

When I parked at work today the spot was so small I got out on the passenger side to avoid a dent
The driver side is protected by a wall

sometimes when you park TOO far away people just open their door without care, esp the 4WDs and kids. This is something that you cannot avoid. Just drive it and fix it when it happens.
