Just started a new gif blog about a month ago, and I've had feedback from others that the page load time can be high. Not sure if they just have dial-up or what, but I reduced the number of posts to show to 4.
Could you guys provide me feedback with the page load times, and any other feedback with issues with the blog. It's just a dumb blog full of older gifs that I like.

It is fairly slow but most of it is from the pics, though these are the slowest to load:

That's already 5-7 seconds right there by itself (depending on person's connection)

Thanks for the details...
Which places are the best to upload the gifs...been using imageshack for a majority of them? Is there a better alternative?

Your own hosting would be better, as imageshack and other free hosts do have a bandwidth limit per picture ;)
Keeping everything on one server will reduce the need for you to hit other servers. Granted, if your server is slow then you're stuffed
