Will 5x114.3 wheel fit on the rx8

Hey guys, I found a great deal on some winter wheels. they are 5x114.3 and I wanted to make sure they fit on the rx8. This might be a noob question so if it is go easy on me lol.

Any quick info is appreciated.

thanks,

Paul

man, you could have typed "rx8 wheel bolt pattern" and got that. anyways, i wouldnt say yes they will fit. i'd say yes, the rx8s bolt pattern is 5X114.3. there is still size (cant go smaller than 17" except in special cases which yours is not), centre bore has to be big enough, offset is relatively important so that you clear the brakes and dont rub if you are lowered. all these can be found on here just by searching.

Not that I have a need to do so but it would seem other OEM wheels would fit; some Acura and Nissan for instance. Same bolt pattern, same lug nut size and plus 50mm offset.

Looks like the standard Ford 5 lug wheels are the same but use 1/2" nut size instead of metric.

Or is there something else that would prohibit their use?

Just curious.

Thanks
