I work 2 jobs, and have school coming up. one job is retail, and the other is for family friend, I have 1 day off a week... If I'm lucky. I'd really like to stay local, and I'd really like someone to have the title. I can't insure the car with no title. I can't register car with no insurance. I can't drive a car that is not registered.

Snow tires are bonus points!
