Unfortunately one of the rims cracked a few days ago (no idea how), so the stock wheels will be going on tomorrow.

Having owned one of the first 50 Evo VIII's ever imported to the US, I have an absolute love for the Evo. I will one day own one again!

Really nice X. I love the white and applaud your effort with the single sided exhaust. Many people don't like the dual exhaust, but I thought it was cool. Anyways, nice ride. The only thing I really don't like is the black wheels. A polished lip would have looked cool, but I'm really not feeling the completely darkened out look.

I saw one of these on the road for the first time up here in the great white north, looked great in person. My first viewing moved me to watch Jeremy Clarksons review of the car, he made it sound like a blast. Congrats on the ride.

How easy is it to gain power from? I think the EU gets a 360hp version, is it simple to get up to those power numbers?

Absolutely great car, and nice decision on colour. Time to go for a titanium exhaust!!

Yeah, they are really crazy. Stock, they are ok, but a few bolt ons and a tune and its a beast. The tune alone was a night and day difference (dotted line on dyno compared to solid line). I wish I had a chance to get it dyno'd when it was stock.

I didn't get a chance to actually. I actually was going for the STI, but the day before I was gonna pick it up, I read about an incredible deal for the EVO, so I ended up gettting it the next day.

Man, I LOVE white Evos (white sports cars in general), good choice! I really like the mods and it looks like it's putting down some pretty solid numbers, must be a fun drive. I just wish the tail lights were red instead of that weird pinkish color - that's the only thing that really bothers me about the new Evos/Lancers.

Nice color, totally hate the black wheels, makes it looks like your riding on hub caps. Gun metal or silver would have really set your car off,or to even have a white or red stripe on the lip of the wheel to break up the overly daunting black paint ,good effort though.

White EVOs X are nice. Lose the ridiculous plastic at the rear. But your old rx-8 is far sexier.

okay, okay, one thing. I'm nit picking about the pics. Black wheels have this effect of looking weird if the tires have zero shine. hit them very lightly with something like this stuff...

it doesn't drench the tires and doesn't look like an oil slick, but makes it so the tires visually stand up to rims. Know what I mean? Fine. I'm crazy.
