$100 nonrefundable deposit, for clean up, and for our own pay toll booth for entrance, and for security. but don't worry BTW will be taking care of this for part.

we have the parking lot (the one thats next to SF49's) to ourselves so we can do our tailgating, wooohooooo...i'll find out what type of bbq's are allowed...

oh good, it was kinda sad only seeing one rx7 out there last year. at least it was an FD :)

the PR lady is trying to ram on pricing right now with parking...wants $20 a car...i have to go down there and talk to them...ugh...

they might have upped their parking...but it mentions nothing of it on their site...if they try to get a $10 surcharge for reserving we wont...the lot that we want, the section in it, i doubt it will be filled by the time we get there in the morning...like i said its a huge lot...and we've also gone several times in the morning and it was empty...

ok just got off the phone with the manager who's in charge of group sales at GREAT AMERICA...i let her know our situation...if the our GROUP is interested she's willing to help us out...

she knows people down at SCboardwalk and is just shocked by their willingness to help us...

if we want she'll set up two packages to chose from...

Nothing wrong with rollin a Miata, my GF likes mine, and I just spent the last week and a half painting it.... currently it looks better than the RX-8 with a bunch of missing paint on the front bumper because of crappy city parkers. :(

Just touching base with you about your event this weekend. Please remind all the drivers we only except the $15.00 parking in cash ( Thank You ). Also If those of you who have Gas BBQ's, please use them if possible if not no worries. Maybe you can also bring a couple bags of sand to help assure the the charcoal is put out all the way for the obvious reasons.

I also wanted to extend an invitation to our Fathers Day car show on Sunday June 21st to those who are interested in coming back to our Park to show their cars to the General Public. Those who do choose to participate will receive 2 complimentary tickets for our park that day.

We will also be hosting a Chili cook off that day as well for all those who like Chili. Please let me know if any of your members are interested in participating.

One last thing... I will not be hear to welcome you and for that I am sorry. Stephanie Saenz will be taking my place and I will have her give your comp for your raffle.

LAst year was so much better and seemed like more peeps last year there was only about 37 cars at GA if i remember right

i honestly thought there were more cars this year... but it seems like some went for the cruise and others just went to pga.... either way, still a good turnout....

hey everyone...just want to say thank you for coming out for the cruise and tailgating, making USCM great this year...thank you for all the help for putting this together...from graphics to helping clean up at GA...good times, good times...everything went really well...well except for hwy 9 construction at that one point...crx crashing into ken...causing traffic congestions in rural towns...soccer moms flipping us off...and the toilet at the look out point...
there were some ups and downs...like the mile walk to bathroom (which they are fixing for us for next year). but for the most part it went really well...

so thank you again...and i hope to see you back for USCM 2010...same place, different cruise...

All, this was my first time doing a meet, my wife and I had a blast. Thanks to all involved in organizing the event. We'll be back for next year. Bummed I missed the drifting, we ended up staying inside the park longer than we expected, by the time we got back to the parking lot, most of the 8's were gone and the 3's were in a photo shoot.

I hope a good time was had by all. I know we ran into a few speed bumps..... I believe I have them all worked out for next year, that is if you are interested in coming back. We will move you to our Bus lot just off Great America Blvd. I think that would be better and of course much closer to the park and the restrooms.
Again I just want to thank you all for being such good clients. You have a made a great impression for others to also be able to have events like that here as well.
I also wanted to thank you for the T-Shirt, it was a big hit as well.
