Just Called Borla and they said the last year of the Borla RX-8 Exhaust they have tested was 07? Do you guys think the 07 Exhaust will work for the 09? Its pretty much the Same correct? also considering the REMUS Exhaust as thats what I had on my Porsche.I knew i had to buy this car after the last 2 nights or more I kept thinking about it and could not sleep and my girlfriend is not getting any attention and we all know THATS BAD!!! .they are charging me an extra 300.00 to get the blue from another state as there arnt any here in WA .Oh well I Just had to have the BLUE .All of my last cars have been black(even my 04 RX-8) so I needed a change. Rats !! But I have a tuner shop trying to get ahold of the Borla rep to see if we can customize one or something It might be the First Borla test market for the 09 model .he thinks the only reason borla does not have an 08 and 09 is they just did not have a vehicle to test it on .

yeah it wont fit, i think the exhaust hangs a lil lower on the 09s, cus i remember at sevenstock RB had the quad tip exhaust out on display and i asked em if it would fit the 04-08 and they said it would, it was only meant for the 09s because it hangs a lil lower i guess...

There are numerous companies from Japan that has new exhausts for the 09. Check that out.

Recommend one? No because I dont have an 09 RX8 or any RX8 as a matter of fact. If you check out recent pages of the Super Autobacs picture thread in the multimedia thread, you will see quite a few exhaust options for the 2009 RX8 from Japan.

I email them every month about my 40th, there response is they have never fitted an 08 let alone an 09. 2008's have been out for over a year, makes me wonder. By the way, welcome.

You are just going to have to deal with the fact that no trade-in is going to get a good deal these days. Dealerships have a hard time moving cars as it is right now.
