I am having a difficult time accessing the two transmission bolts located on the top side of the tranny. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to approach this, please?

only way ive ever done it is removing the motor mounts and lowering the whole engine/trans a few inches to where i could get a wrench from the top :P but ive never had to remove just the trans though...

did this recently but I dont recall having a problem with those bolts.
I know you dont need to drop the motor .
You need a decent socket set with a swivel and long extentions .

Thanks. I'm going to remove the exhaust, next, and hopefully that gives me some more room. I think I'll pick up a swivel and give it a try.
