I bought these to smoke them, but I no longer have a car.

These are not in excellent shape, its in a good shape. Good to have back up or you

can use these to smoke your tails and still have yours (extra set).

I have never installed these on my car, So I wouldn't know about condensation

problem, when i purchased the seller said there is no problem with it.
