hey guys im currently running lucas ucl through my 8 and im thinking about switching to redline si-1 fuel system cleaner,
1. will it harm my engine?
2.will it be beneficial and does is lubricate as advertised?

You can run redline fuel system cleaner with no problems. If you want more lubrication i would use premix.

do bg44k once as a sort of "shock treatment"

then run 1.5oz of LP+ (to maintain the clean motor after the bg44k treatment) with ~4oz of premix (for the extra lubration).

for ultra overkill use some lc20 in your oil.

+1 cleans out that carbon buildup... I swear I can tell the difference after a tank full of BG44K...
