I haven't hit the couch in awhile, so I need some pointers.

I'm not looking to get ripped.

Well, maybe just a little.

Stretch every 45 minutes to prevent blood clots.

unless you're hitting it with a chick, otherwise it fails.

Great advice everyone. Any tips on diet -- what foods I should eat? Do I need a personal trainer?

pizza is a must, preferrably with lots of meat. This is an excellent source of Protein for those serious about hitting the couch.

Beer suplements can also help wash down the pizza to make room for more protein. Beer is high on carbs so you'll need to cycle on and off the stuff.
During the off cycles, I recommend an 80 proof liquor.

If you're gonna hit the couch like a champion, you need to train like a champion!

Hot Wings are a more advanced level of training as unskilled people will get their hands SO messy they will not be able to operate the REMOTE!!! :scared:

Popcorn is a good interm source of carbs between protein meals to provide the energy needed to maintain focus and work the remote. It also satiates that subconscious grazing reflex that kicks in during periods of tracelike couch surfing.

don't forget a wet sponge to clean yourself with...you dont' want the smell getting too bad. Bed sores aren't as much fun as they sound.
