Hello folks... anyone know how much mazda charges for the 7,500miles service? Also, does mazda have a master key for the wheel lock or do i have to hand it to them so they can rotate the tires ( i think they rotate the tires at 7500miles or do i have to specify that)?
Thanks!

Each dealer sets their own price. You'll have to call around. Usually one dealer will drop their price to match another in the area at your request.
On your second comment, I did not see tire rotation in the maint sked which is a problem for those of us on free maintenance, my screwy dealer wanted to charge me to rotate tires. I argued long enough that he finally did it for free.

That's odd. At my 5k service they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and checked everything. Didnt have to pay a penny. Keep shoving at them about that.

Always keep your key lock in the car when bringing it in for servicing.

my wheel locks and key were in the govebox when I got my car. I had to put the wheel locks on myself. I dont think there is a place for the key in the trunk, but you may want to look at where the rest of the tools are placed.

just had my 5000 mile service today. just got back with the car. they changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires front to back and cleaned it inside and out. ever since i picked it up 5k ago, there was still a couple of places on the roof above the rear window that had some sticky frome the white plastic that covers it during shipping. i had tried several times to get it off to no avail. they gave the car to their detail guy and he cleaned it right off. they also cleaned my rims when they rotated them. all free thanks to the HP snafu :)
my wheel lock is still tie wrapped to the lug wrench in the trunk where it has been since day one. if yours was not there and your wheel locks are not on your wheels take it back to your dealer and make them put them on and give you a key. they were supposed to do it during PDI.
