Hmmm.... I would probably go for an Elise for fun, and a nice Aston Martin DB9 for going out and looking fancy. While still being fun :D

Skyline, I wouldn't want anything too exotic, the farthest I would go would be the Elise. I think the Enzo's and that new Lambo are ugly. It would be fun to have an old Stingray though, or a 69 R/T Dodge Charger (preferably the one my grandfather owned) if it was still around.

The Mini Cooper is a blast to drive, it may end up replacing the Altima if they can resolve some of the reliability issues.

If money was no object i would put a car together myself buying the best chassi , drivetrain engine gearbox interior and then getting my own body designed , putting it all together under my own badge.

Instead of spending on another porshe , aston martin , ferrari, maserati , bmw , mercedes .
For that type of money id like to be exclusive , ha ha ha .

If money grew on trees it would be worthless. If I has unlimited funds I would drive a VW Phaeton and a Porsche 959. I guess my weekend fun car would be a Ferrari Modena.

No you wouldn't!

Not untill you have to deal with their service depts! Believe me you won't.

Their "stealership" service dept. forced me to get VW to repurchase my 2002 Passat W8. 14 times in the shop, 32 jobs and out of service 60 days in the 13 months I owned it! Most of it due to VW's intrinsic ineptitude!

Rotary nut, Was it the dealerships fault or was the car just a lemon. I know that when it goes wrong for a vw it can go horribly wrong (but I guess as an FD owner I have a tolerance for that). I have heard really great things about the Phaeton and they are and I believe will remain rare, but I am sorry for your bad vdub experience. Neither me nor my friends who own vw's have never had a real problem with their products. Oh well, if my imaginary $80,000 v12 VW went apeshit on me, I would switch to an imaginary $100,000 sl600 amg benz.

There were a few simple problems but they all usually required 4-7 trips to the service dept. to get them to get it right.

HI , you have great taste in cars , i am going for a run in a "Tommy KAIRA ", NISSAN GT R 25 1998 MODEL ,in the morning 221 kw BLACK , gold rims , fully specked .
Even if i feel in love i would still keep the rx8 .

There are only 5 cars of this type here in Australia and i believe only 2 in Queensland , it has a numbered plate commemorating
Tommy Kaira work (Tommy is an famous aftermarket tuner in japan he speciallises in nissans and subarus , highly sought after.)

I have retained the number plates NS R.35 for the next nissan GTR 35 Hopefully arriving in 2007.( on my wish list)

Once again thanks for my signature , it looks great

Recently the leader of the project of this car it was fired by Vw top-management.
The car have a lot of stability problems
(2 were destroyed in test times in big accidents), michelin can't build a tyre good enough for the power of the engine.
No one of press people 'til today drove one.
At this time this car is a big, expensive LEMON

Thank you, exactly what I was about to post. The only thing really impressive about that car is the HP, the price, and what a joke it has turned out to be. I'll stick with my 959 thank you, quite possibly the greatest sportscar ever made.
