Where are some big, huge, empty lots that aren't frequented by police? I have been trying to do a 360 in my Millenia but I don't have enough road to do it in. I need a nice flat long wide space where I can get up to 60 miles an hour or so...

Any help?

Hmmm..up here in bergen..we have a ton of shopping malls..and they are all closed on sundays with the blue laws....now are they devoid of cops...it depends on your comfort level..but i've taught a few people how to drive a manual transmission in them on sundays and was never hassled.
