No. I am making musical puns based on use of the word "tuned".

 

Well I guess it is obvious I do not know music!

 

Especially because there is no "B#". Nor E# for that matter.

 

B# = C

 

In the German system, B is Bb and H is B natural.
B# is only C on an equal tempered scale and is only really used for the leading tone in a C#m tonal set. Chopin, stuff like that.

Personally, I think this system is tuned to the Brown Note.
