Hell! Car & Driver did an article a few months ago on car jacking in Capetown, SA. As a deterent some people have installed spring loaded solid steel bars mounted under the rocker/sill panels of thier car. When someone tries to jack the car you activate a switch and the bars swing out breaking both your legs at the ankle!

That is too long of a warning in my opinion. If I had things my way it would be more like "Step aw.." *Whack!* While the would be car thief lay on the ground next to my beautiful 8, the steel bars come out yet again and pound him into a pulp! Am I too protective over my 8? :confused:
