I'm expecting my Dunlop Winter Sport M3s next week and would like to know what tire pressure people are using for winter / snow tires? The tires will be mounted on stock 18" rims if that matters.
Page 4-9 of the Owner's manual says
"Inflate snow tires 30 kPa (0.3 kgf/cm 2 ,
4.3 psi) more than recommended on the
tire pressure label (driver’s door), but
never more than the maximum cold-tire
pressure shown on the tires."
So that would be 32 + 4.3 ~ 36 psi
Tire Rack suggests 36 psi also.
Any good reasons to use something other than 36 psi ?
Happy Thanksgiving,
