I have been trying to get Mazda on board for the Nats and it looks like we are about to get the deal set up.

They are wanting to bring a GT model and Dick Johnson to drive it.
We have to give up about an hour or our track time to give to them for him to give us hot laps rides.

So guys whatcha tink?

My thoughts are he knows Lakeside really well and taking a few hot laps with him and learning how he attacks it and then getting in our cars to do it again can only be a good thing.

The offer would be a genuine one Monte. When we were researching the Morgan Park option, an offer was made then to bring Dick on board. Apparently he's a huge fan of the RX8....

OH I know the offer is real, I am talking to Mazda head office and have pretty much got the deal set up only need to know enough people are OK with giving up an hours track time for it from our side.

They are ready to go on board with us.

I have sat beside him in a MPS 3 on a wet Sandown track. One handed!
