NEVERMIND I GOT IT FIGURED OUT!



I have saved a picture to use as my aviator, but I can't use it since it is 350X350 pixels. Also it is a flash .gif image
How do I save it as a .gif without losing the flash image?

anyways, what are you talking about, MikeA...a Flash .gif image? is it Flash OR is it .gif? if it's Flash then i'm not sure you can use that for an avatar...if it's a .gif and you need to resize it, use something like Gif Animator...it'll take each frame by frame and you can resize it then

Is it flash or a gif, or an animated gif like mine? First you have to shrink it down, I think the maximum here is 100x100 pixels and file size no greater than 6 or 10 KBytes.. No much to work on if you want to make an animation.

Yes it is an animated image that is 350x350 pixels and 125 KB in size. How do I make it smaller?
