I'm having my RX-8 built currently. Does anyone know if you can negotiated costs for this or am I stuck with MSRP?

Most dealers actually have some sort of lease on the cars, that sit on the lot, from the factory until they are sold. You should be able to shave $2k-3k off the sticker. The dealer even offered $1k off sticker of a car he had in the lot.
