I am a nanny for twin 4 y/o boys and they LOVE these things. I was always too scared of them to try, but I finally caved.

they are called flapsticks... jimmy dean has one out.. its pancake on a stick with sausage link in the middle for the meat (instead of corndogs with a hotdog).

they have blueberry, chocolate chip and plain... been around for YEARS

I use these for early morning tailgates at Browns games. Deep fry them and they'll taste even more amazing. Pancake Wrapped Sausages FTW!
