I have another engagement on sunday w. scca, so regretfully our duel will have to wait until the 16th. I like the saturday ones. Im gonna stay at someones house down there so i can just leave the R tires on all weekend.

He'll be at the event this weekend, but I doubt he'll ever come back to this side of town again for autox

 

Thats a shame... just got back from the new geneva site, itll be a regular stop in 09... We got one more practice there in sept. Its awesome. Its brand new and huge. it cant be more than a year old, google maps still shows just fields.... Think bcc meets deland. There were the slow sweepers we get at palm bay, with some long fast straights. I hit the rev limiter in 2nd a few times because i was trying to not have to go 3rd, but its a lot better to go to 3rd. it was great. best day yet.... now if only we could do something about the rediculous hotness... course this is probably the worst itll be, but i cant wait for those october/november days... it seems like so long ago i actually brought another shirt because it might be cold rather than because the first one would be soaked in sweat. but next weekend, it will be victory sweat. yes...

 

bring some of those canopy tent things for some shade.

 

No space in the car w. 2 ppl, chairs, 4 wheels/tires, jack, tools, cheez-its, helmet, compressor, oil, sunscreen, wrenches, underspray, magnetic numbers, and a cooler full of drinks and lunch.

I brought 6 bottles of water on sunday. it was not enough.

Everytime I go out all I see is an abundance of Scion TC's for some reason

I'm about 10 minutes from UCF right off of Alafaya.

 

I used to live around there in Waterford Lakes (Waterford Chase East/Osprey Ridge to be exact). Now I live in West Melbourne on the east coast (about 7 miles from the BCC in Palm Bay where the events are this weekend). There will be at least two RX-8s there on Saturday, and you're welcome to join in.
