Yes tons of Americans from all over the States visit every year for the festival... All hotels are booked like months before & it is just pure wild fun!
Kind of like Mardi Gars in Brazil...

It is crazy fun...weed & alcohol everywhere! The only time of year that cops do not say anything to you if they see you drinking or smoking... :)
I got high from the fumes of others while on the truck dancing... :lol2:
