To often we don't appreciate the efforts of those who have made this site possible. As for me I had the pleasure of dealing with CanZoomer in buying parts from him. All I can say is he's a class act and is someone who when he says something, his word is his bond.

What exactly have you guys got from Canzoomer ?

I have never dealt with him but have read most of his posts. I think he owns and runs a business called somethingboy(forget the exact name) and makes a fuel air regulator of some sort. Not really sure of his qualifications or background and experience in the after market biz.

I see many positive responses on him though, so please tell me more about his offering, obviously I am missing the whole picture here. Thanks in advance.

I think that he has given more real information about the workings of our RX-8 than anyone else.

He has also helped dispel so many of the bullshit claims from so called trusted sources.

As far a qualifications.. That I don't know, but maybe not having a background in the mostly pure bullshit aftermarket world is a good thing.

I would rather send my 500.00 to him rather than 300.00 to some con artist making cold air intakes with all the experience in the world in ripping people off in the aftermarket.

Sounds good. I will anxiously await results of his mod. BTW, you are right on, there is a lot of BS and snake oil out there, when it comes to after market.

Canzoomer gets through sources that shall remain unnamed ;) original Mazda parts/accessories, mostly that you can't buy here in North America (NA), but some overpriced NA parts as well. He also is developing some "performance enhancing" parts. His buisness is "Harddata", a high end performance Linux computer buisness. The car stuff "happened" because he wanted some of it himself, at reasonable prices.

Ask him to send you the spreadsheet with links to pics of the stuff. Soon all that stuff will be shown at "Canzoomers Place" in the Vendors forum. It is being added as time permits.

Yes, I know him personally, and sometimes work with him. I'm biased, as I consider him a very good friend.

Good for you and happy to hear what Canzoomer is doing. I think we all want a solid 25-50 extra BHP at the rear wheel on our RX-8's and I hope he can pull it off.
