This is from my mazda rx8 which has been sold. It was used for alittle under a year. It does have some sctraches on it from installation, trying to find a spot to hide it under the dash. Whats it for? Ipod connection?

Its a signal processor. it takes the audio signal from the radio and makes a flat signal out of it , so you can install aftermarket amps and speakers with the stock headunit. It can be controlled through most palm devices with bluetooth. You can also have an aux input with it. ie ipod etc. I would recommend further research from rockfords website.

Would you consider selling the dash piece by itself? I have a 3sixty.2 and that woiuld be a nice way to mount that control knob. Thanks.
