Hey guys,

Got a new radiator recently as some of you know, but after installing it and driving for a few weeks something weird has started happnening. My first guess and correct guess was of course its leaking. The strange part comes up with the Low Fluid light comes on.

While driving nothing is wrong no lights nothing. But as soon as I get up to 3kRPMs and stay there for a bit (I.E. freeway driving) the low fluid light comes on and stays on as long as I stay around 3000+ RPMS. As soon as a I slow down and the RPMs begin to lower the light goes back off.

Any Ideas on what the leak might be to make the Light come on at higher RPMs??

I haven't gotten a chance to get under there and check it out yet... Which I know is bad our engines need their fluids :D but my guess is a small hole in one or more of the hoses that when the pressure gets up from being at higher RPMS and the engine working more it begins to Leak out.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be great... I am going to get under there this weekend and take a look and make sure all the hoses are on there nice and tight and try and figure it out.

you would see fluid on the ground if it were a leak or smoke/steam. i believe you have an air pocket in the cooling system. soon as the RPMs get higher, the water pump moves faster. make sure you fully bleed the system then check again.
