yeah that was a one year color.. they didnt make many of them and they arent going to make that color anymore.. i am clueless as to why but im glad cause now i have a limited edition i guess

Incredible color. I can't believe they discontinued it. The car looks great.

Brickyard is the one color I wish I coulda gotten the 8 in myself. I am very happy with my gray, but that wine red looks so awesome, especially after Zaino goes on 5 or 6 layers deep.

Thats actually how I learned about zaino. A guy with a brickyard 350Z that did reviews/posts about it. He had something like 45 layers on it and it looked incredible.

So lets see the volks man :D

I must say, that Brickyard Z you own is the best looking Z I've seen. Never have seen that color in the flesh, but the pics you attached make it look sweet.

What is the offical name of the colour of the Z?

Just got back from a night on the town and sure enough I saw a parked Z in the same color, it was dark but it was still good looking nontheless. I think somebody mentioned the the color is called "brickyard". Nice color!

Takahashi, Nissan's official name is indeed "brickyard," which I find kind of strange because I haven't seen any bricks in that shade.

I'm actually glad the RX8 doesn't have a color like brickyard because then it would have been so tough to choose between that and the titanium gray that I have!

the z colors were named after racetracks... Pikes Peak , Daytona, Lemans, Brickyard, etc..

That's like the S2000 colours - Spa, Monza, Sebring, Silverstone etc.

Love the colour - easily the best looking 350Z I've ever seen. Can't wait for the new pics.

I too love the brickyard. I was going to get that with the light grey interior on my 350 touring, before I decided to hold out for the 8. Looks great!
