I'm selling my ebay intake that i purchased. My car just has too many issues and is in and out of the shop and i'm constantly converting back to stock just to have it looked at. I decided for now to stop hasseling with it and to part with it. It's only a few months old, nothing is broken everything comes with it. I have included a picture of it, a picture of it on my car and a video of the sound of it.

I'm asking $90 this includes shipping and insurance. Think it's cheap? You be the judge. I felt a good increase when I had it in my car. It sounds loud as heck in person as well. I do have the blue rubber part it's just not in the picture.

what intake is that?

 

looks like a pretty decet replica of the Mazdaspeed/AEM intake, looks just like it. And yes it is very loud above 6500rpms, I had one but changed for the Revi cause I likes it bettah, and was what I really wanted. AEM was too loud.

 

it's a no name brand. It's off ebay. and as bose said it's like an aem knock off.

 

I don't see why people say AEM is loud... I've been in 2 cars (1 mine) with AEM intakes and you can barely hear them.

 

mine is loud. and there is a video link below the pictures for people to hear it outside of the car.

 

Is this as loud or louder than the K & N?

 

i do not know what the k&n sounds like. the video is me standing in front of my car when i first installed it, you can hear it.

 

does it have the 2 screens like the AEM/MS intake??? any issues with rough idle??

 

no and not really my car has a rough idle to begin with but it's not due to the intake.

Not at all... I do have the ExoticSpeed exhaust which is pretty loud... but it's not any louder now than before the intake. The other 8 was stock and wasn't any louder than mine though (the intake of course, exhaust was a huge diff). I can certainly hear a small suction noise off the line but once I get going it's pretty much gone.

u can buy that filter at pep boys for like $20 n the piping is only like $20 too... my friend had it on his car. i think he paid a total of $50 at most lol he actually gave me his filter until i sell my v1 typhoon filter

 

i purchased the intake through ebay it's only been on my car for about four months. it's in excellent condition. I didn't put it together myself. the filter came from autozone as i wanted a blue one to go with my car that is only 4 months old as well.

I had the K&N intake, and now have the AEM CAI. The K&N is more louder! Hope this helps...

You're smoking crack. Please go to pep boys and find all the correct piping with mounting tabs pre-welded in the correct spots, a MAF tube with vacuum nipples pre-welded and all of the hose clamps and couplings for $50.
