Hot on the heels of the terrible news about my car comes some good news. I've gotten the offer of becoming "Quality Assurance Analyst" for our New Product Development group. I'm no longer going to be a lowly tech support agent! I'm gonna get to play with phones and everything! I'm so happy I could explode right now!

10-20 per store...it's gonna be hard to get a hold of one...though I dont know too many people that are happy with the data plan.

QA huh? For phones? It can get real boring real fast after testing that same # button for the Nth time at different situations. Or scroll down the menu a billion times to ensure consistency that the LCD screen will not go poop. hahahaha....
I am reminded of a guy who got a job at EA games as QAA. You can only jump Kobe over the same hoops so many times.

There won't really be too much hardware testing involved. Mostly yes it will be software, but it won't be as repetitive as you expect ;)

There's also going to be testing of our own in-house services and apps.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAH that is F'ning hilarious yeah i am talking about Thomas chen he knows me but barely i was just getting my feet wet in QA and he just got bumped to new product testing. My dept is in Richmond Hill small world man.....ask Thomas if he knows Ben in QA ............lol
