My friend and I were debating whether tattoos on girls/women make them more or less attractive. I won't want to bias this poll so I will keep my opinion to myself until about 7 days into the poll. Let us say you meet two women, they are twins: one has a visible tattoo and one does not. Which one would you find more attractive?

depends on the tattoo, large tattoos not attractive, small tattoos very attractive.

Usually I think of them as graffiti on the Taj Mahal. Occasionally a really well-done tat might be ok, though. Small roses are typically fine, for example.

skank tatt is overdone and makes you look like a 'me too follow along cause everyone else has one' person. same goes for anyone with the barbed wire on the arm.

Remember the days when tattoos were something different and not many people had them. It was cool and all that nonsense. Now, its hard to go to a bar and not see a tattoo slapped across a girls lower back. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH! Just like the rest of the sheep. Unless it really means something, like your childs name, etc its just decoration. I can't wait till all these girls get old. Sexy old lady tattoos.

Big or overdone tattoos on anyone. Is there something to have your whole arm tattoo? When you have so many tattoos do they start losing significance?

Just got my 3rd on Sat.....each one with a very important meaning, and thought long over.....none of which are on my lower back, besides, I can't get them lower than my waist. Mostly small, simple, and original....and I'm sure there will be more in my future. Tasteful tats look good on everyone imo.....

Not into it. Tattoos nor body piercings do anything for me. I'm sure some people have really strong sentimental reasons for it, and that's cool. The "hey look I got an ass-crack tattoo like everybody else!" crowd just irks me for some reason.

a small tat in a proper place is fine...but the big whore tat on the lower back is a turn off. That's one of the sexyest parts on a woman's body. I hate it when they write all over it.

several have commented that small and cute tattoos would be attractive but not large ones.

a hot chick is still hot with a tattoo, unless its really big or just obnoxious its not that bad, but i could care less either way

well, I said I'll post my opinion after a week...I personally think cute and small tattoos are attractive on a girl. Like others said, the girl has to be attractive to begin with.

ive got ink and i say its all about the person , how they look, act, and what the ink is and where it is. it can be very trashy this is true. but a hot chick with tats in the right spots is just fuc@ing hot imo.

anything with butterflies, playboy bunnies, tribal s***, are unoriginal.
BUT, if its original, and tasteful, oh my!

I agree with most of the people here. I think the right tattoo in the right spot is sexy as hell... but I hate the overly large ones, especially sleeves and whole back. Lower back is not bad as long as it is an interesting design.

I quite agree with Schimmle, even though I am for tattooed girls. It's true, tattoo were cooler when they were not so widespread. But I love those decorations on sexy girls' lower backs. they make them even more attractive and intriguing :eyetwitch

Anyway, it all depends on the tattoo and the size. I prefer tattoos if they mean something and aren't just what's in...like tramp stamps.
