Question Ok to drive few miles before waxing/detail

I have no garage space to detail my car, but I do have a warehouse about 2 miles from where I live, ideal for detailing since it full of fluorescent lighting. My question, is it ok to wash my car at my house then drive down to the warehouse so I can detail my car? I don't get shade in my driveway until about 5pm and I usally spend a few hours detailing, and those damm bugs keep sticking to the wax.

If you dust it with a California Duster, sure.
