It is counter intuitive, but if I turn them around they fit perfectly. (Lenses down) cmr333 06-29-2008, 01:24 PM mine was pretty much useless, my oaklys wouldent even fit so i took the whole thing apart and modded it to fit the screen for my eo1 StuttgartRX8 06-29-2008, 03:53 PM Its perfect for my HID card to get into work superglue 06-29-2008, 08:14 PM My Maui Jims fit just fine. It is counter intuitive, but if I turn them around they fit perfectly. (Lenses down) I've got a relatively small pair of Maui Jims and they barely fit that way. But I'm not comfortable letting the lenses touch anything so I never use it. onephatguy 06-29-2008, 08:20 PM My Ray Bans do not fit. And they are not very large glasses. Useless. Jeison 06-29-2008, 08:22 PM what I'd like to do with it if I had any shred of knowledge in fabbing or electronics or anything really, is take it out and fir in a radar detector in a little more flush, because I hate the "garfield suction cup" look but I'm retarded, so thats ok :) PSTNLSS 06-29-2008, 08:26 PM OMG! i have a sunglass holder? I thought that was an ashtray lol CyberPitz 06-29-2008, 08:27 PM My cellphone fits in there rather well. Spiker 06-30-2008, 12:09 AM My Ray Bans do not fit. And they are not very large glasses. I have Oakley square wire. I have no problem at all, it just needs to be fited the proper way. bose 06-30-2008, 09:32 AM I have too big of a head to wear tiny glasses, so for the kind I have it's totally useless. I too have thought of making somthing useful for up there but I don't have the skillz. jiggawha1 06-30-2008, 09:33 AM I have a transmitor for my itouch and I would place it on my visor, but unfortunately the visor took a shit and now it doesn't stay all the way up so the sunglasses holder makes a sufficient backup haha Huey52 06-30-2008, 09:53 AM My aviator issue sunglasses fit perfectly. Popping the hatch is my last "pre-flight checklist" item. :) The metal frames can certainly get hot in the Summer tho'. VolcomStoneX 06-30-2008, 09:56 AM i have some aviators but i slide the arm of the glasses in the small vent (defrost) on the dash next to the window, keeps it place all the time CyberPitz 06-30-2008, 11:22 AM LOL wtf? you keep your cell phone above you? thats uhhh....:uhh: wierd? Heh, yeah, I know. I hate having phones in my pockets while driving. Ghadrack 06-30-2008, 11:40 AM I wear glasses and don't have a seperate pair of sunglasses to put in them, I was thinking of using it to store extra toll booth change but there's no good way to get change out of it. I was also afraid the weight of a bunch of change would stress/break the latch mechanism. Maybe I'll use it to store treasure maps. Zuhalter Vati 06-30-2008, 11:44 AM Holds my Revo's just right.... altspace 06-30-2008, 11:49 AM My Serengetis and my readers fit in there. Ditto. Revvittupp 06-30-2008, 12:40 PM My Versace's fit in arms first , My Oakleys fit in the "hidden" section of the center console... So I dunno if you'd say that works becuase My Versace's don't really block the sun at al, if it's sunny out I have to wear the Oakley's. learycd 06-30-2008, 01:38 PM My Serengetis and my readers fit in there. +1 for the best choice in driving shades, but mine dont fit lol rodmeister 06-30-2008, 05:44 PM My Serengeti's fit, but I have to push to close on my Maui Jim's SuperPuma 06-30-2008, 05:46 PM Oakley Oil Barrel, the perfect driving goggles, and polarized to boot.
