mike, got a quick question for you. When you install the clear corners do you have to replace the bulbs with amber too? or can you leave the white bulbs? Are there legal issues with this?

When I replaced my oem side markers with clear ones, I went with an amber bulb. If you remove the oem marker, you'll notice its a white bulb. I think in most States amber is the required light for side markers. I think it goes even further as to requiring amber side markers. I guess I'm a lawbreaker cause I love my CSM's and ain't going back to OEM!! :)

Just my opinion: I *hate* the polished fuel door -- as someone else said, it looks like it came off an Eclipse.

Are those clear lights Flush w/ the Body of the car.. I got the ones made by JDM and it's not flush w/ the body... has a slight outer curve on them .. if it is flush where did u get them

I know you don't like me Mike, but I agree with others...you have taken the first step in cheapening the look of the car by putting it on. And paying $240 for it? I don't care if it came from Guam!

> How much did it lower in front / rear
> Change in ride quality
> Change in handling

Boy how things change.

About a year ago when Mazda first showed the aluminum gas cap on the black show car with the appearance package, people loved the thing.

Now people hate it. Make up your mind.

Looks good to me.

Laws require amber bulbs.
We supply them WITH the amber bulbs already installed.

YO mikey.... I know of a great place to get a carbon fiber hood that would go great with that gas cover....XXXDEEDUBXXX pointed this out to all of us.....Chrisma... for 499 dollars...they are also selling or developing trunk lids and spoilers....Next all you'll need is some under body neons and a nawzzzzzzz sticker.....J\K

I think it looks great Mike, not ricey at all. Very stylish....here is a recent photo of mine since someone asked....just painted the calipers last week to Black too...

$240 is up there, mine was $200 inc postage.

I think it looks good on silver, but perhaps not on yellow. red is not bad! Required taste I think, otherwise Mazda would not have created them ...

Everyone has different tastes and that is respectable...but when it's posted for all to see, expect good/bad posts and try not to be to hurt if your upgrades aren;t liked. Noticed Mike A's comment of STFU to everyone and think that was uncalled for....people are just posting their opinion and if you like it then kewl...that is all that matters.

;-) Guess I should now post my opinion! I think it makes the car look like a $10 hooker in a 5 star hotel. I think the cap on the silver looks good, just not compatible with other colors. What's next? (Whale fin?) :-) Again, my opinion.... I do however love all the other upgrades you've done to the car MikeB
