Mine comes with the emblem.

this lip is $350+ new from Mazda.. the rotary accent is $40+..

that guy sells them so cheap because it is overstock of a discontinued item.. nordic green....

you can't get a BB for $180.. i bought my velocity red front lip from him.. he had to special order it and it was $280.. still cheaper then Mazda but $280 in a color that more people have and will want.
