just to cut off the deluge of posts like this- This is called a TEST MULE folks. Its most likely just running the drive train and possibly suspension testing for the vehicle. The body is cobbled together from bits of other cars just to have something on the chassis plus it has camo added. The most you could tell from looking at it is probably the size - thats about it. ALL EARLY TEST MULES look like this.
