Ti tubing under 2" is easy, anything larger and mandrel bends in any size is the deal killer

just use 18 gauge stainless steel instead; Type 321 for the manifold and Type 304 from the downpipe back

however. for a turbo app the lowest weight isn't always a prime consideration over cost and ease of fabrication

Less radiant heat. Far less. High performance bikes use Ti mostly for that reason, although a few less lbs never hurt either.

no, but they will crack, Ti is a poor choice for high heat headers, use light gauge T321 stainless or Inconel instead
