There isn't one.
1, Go to dealer if your still in warranty
2, Buy a used one, install it yourself (http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=114910)
3, drill small holes for the water to exit.

LOL ok so I drilled 2 holes on each taillight and done, no more water and stupid condensation.

Third taillight with water, first both sides under warranty, now the drivers side, I did this threads diy (drill holes). No more water!

All you need is the new gaskets.

Bullshit there's no DIY

Might want to fix it properly rather then drilling holes in your tail lights...

To be named later

I could swear there was a DIY.....I distinctly remember someone posting a homemade remedy involving some store bought material they hand cut into the shape of the OEM gasket.

^ Correct. There was no recall. Just a TSB, as Jedi posted already. So if you're under warranty you're fine and they'll fix it for free. If not then you can pay to have it fixed.
