Here's what a RX-8 with balls looks like. And it's stealth. No abnormal sounds. The only tell tail sign is the intercooler, and that isn't easy to spot behind the Mazdaspeed front bumper grill.

The strut bar is an Autoexe, comes as a matched front and rear set, both are 4 point braces.

No, or I should say I don't think so. I forget what I paid but I think it was like 100 bucks or so. I think I got it from the hook up shop but I don't see it on their web site any more. there is a somewhat better photo of it.

sorry, kinda' big, I have some carbon fiber pieces that cover the ecu and fuse box, I also have covers that go over the battery terminals but I don't like to drive with them on as a precaution. These aren't the best shots at all, at least it gives an idea anyway. :)

The ones on the underside of the hood (which you can't really see in the pics) are in front of the intake box/battery area when the hood is closed, so those are definitely okay. So far the the longer strip under the lip along the firewall are holding up fine. I doubt it would get hot enough to melt them, I was more worried about the adhesive failing from the heat.

I have to say, with the gold reflective material that you have on the firewall, a strip of LEDs there would look pretty cool! Maybe red?

My engine is just stock right now. I might replace some components and change them to white. I think i might do that. It will look different.

I humbly fold when it comes to being compared to that engine bay. Cleanest rx8 engine bay out there, and has the power to compliment. I pause at his pics everytime I come across them in my collection.

Offense? Im a big boy, i can take it. And i actually agree, grump's engine bay is simply amazing, as a matter of fact it is inspiring. I can only feel proud of myself when mine gets to be even mentioned. Im just a cabinet guy. :)
