AutoExe, a well known JDM Mazda tuner will unveil an aero kit for the rx-8. A small preview of the car can be seen in the picture below. And since im jewish, I was a little bored on christmas, so came up with my impression of what the kit will look like. I did the picture based on the newest rx-7 body kit from AutoExe. Hope you enjoy it. O yea the Tokyo Auto Salon, where the kit will be shown is January 10, 11, and 12.

Not to nit pick but the front air filter vent should be on the other side. This is just an under educated guess by how the engine layout seems to be in the latest pictures from japan.

While I think it's a good photoshop job, I would never put that on my car :)

:) great job on the photos, but i think they're a little over the top... ;)

you have a good eye for it, but i'd like it better if you took some visual weight off of it (make the whole thing a little thinner), shrank the ducts and scoops some (they're way too big for the oil coolers) to cut drag, brought the bottom of the air dam up to be level with the bottom of the side of the car, and lowered the angle of the nose a bit (making it pointier), but MAN!! i LOVE that horizontal scoop on the nose... just brilliant in position, leave it on the passenger side, i don't care where the air filter is :)
fantastic stuff.

** oh, on second look, you've got two different looks there...

on the whole, your favourite (the second one posted) is far better... but i do think you should eliminate that license plate holder, add that horizontal scoop, and rid the dam of those thick winglets in front of the wheels (along with the rest of my suggestions)...
meh, don't listen to me though, no one does ;)

Beautiful job. Love the rocker panels. Like front too except for the winglets at the bottom corners of the spoiler.

I'm not into this kits. But, I will admit the silver one looks darn cool. Not to over the top...
