Has anybody with a VR painted their stock rims gunmetal gray? If so, do you have any pictures, as I'm thinking of painting my VR's stock rims gunmetal gray.

Hmm, I really didn't dig how the rims looked on that last pic of the VR, maybe you guys can photoshop my VR to see how the gunmetal stock rims look on it.

Thanks Leesha, but I was wondering if someone could do a photoshop to my car pics with the gunmetal stock rims? Also, what would speed 6 gunmetal rims look like on our cars? Can anybody photoshop any other colours on my stock rims in my 8 pic and gimme some ideas?

 

Those Pics aren't that great for photoshopping. a further sway pic would be better.

why do you want it to be photoshoped on your car... they look exactly the same on yours as any other sock vr rx8

So my buddy James with the Mazdaspeed 3 gave me a photoshopped version of a VR 8, which after looking at it, is something that I want my VR 8 to look like:

It's a Mazdaspeed kit with gunmetal Mazdaspeed 6 rims.

I prolly won't take the whole Mazdaspeed kit, just the Mazdaspeed front-end/lip, and stick with the OEM appearance package. Maybe the Mazdaspeed spoiler....I love my OEM spoiler so I'm undecided on that.

 

^ Not bad, not bad at all... wheel style fits well with all the MS stuff. I think gunmetal colored rims look good on a VR to begin with.

 

These gunmetal R3 rims would look excellent but I'm sure they'd be a pretty penny or two...

 

Now that's the ultimate rims....for now at least!!!!
